30" platform welded with 1 1/4" steel tubing. Puts athlete at spiking level to perfect that phase of the spike, Doubles as 30" plyometric box. Works great as a coaching platform. Urethane coated top surface to protect athlete and cushion landings. Stackable with other plyo-boxes. Legs straight down to help prevent injury.
