An easy-to-sue training tool that uses a durable elastic band to prevent excessive upward arm movement. Attaches to the passer's wrists and ankles by lightweight Velcro cuffs. The small wrist cuffs are designed to minimize ball contact interference and the elastic band adjusts to accommodate any passer's height.
