Are these International II kneepads bendable or are they hard?

Worldwide Sport Supply Response: These are very bendable. They contain no hard plastic insert. Memory foam is used as the padding.

These are the worst knee pads ive ever used. you might as well not even use them.

The padding in the kneepad bunched up after the first wash. They cannot be used at all.
